How many times have you missed a deadline, forgotten to call a customer, or a customer calls up because nobody has called them in two weeks to tell them that their product has arrived ?

The ePASS Message center combines all the features of an email and pop-up reminder system and fully integrates them into ePASS. This way messages and reminders can be directly linked to an Invoice, Purchase Order, Customer, Supplier etc.

You can simply send a message to staff to remind them of a sales meeting Saturday morning. You can also send them a reminder that will pop-up on their screen 15 minutes before the meeting.

Backordered Inventory arriving can message the salesperson and warehouse manager. A salesperson canceling a special order, that you already ordered can message the inventory controller. Somebody deleting an invoice can message management.

There are so many things we do in a day, and there is no way everybody can remember every commitment they have made.

A Simple click while talking to a customer will remind you to look into a matter.

Phone the customer and let them know you have not forgotten them, before they call you to see when you will be out to their house. If ordering needs to be completed by 3:30 on Friday’s, send a message every Friday at 2:30 to remind your ordering department.
