The BYPASS system is a fully integrated On-line Ordering and Price & Availability system. It is designed to alleviate your telemarketing staff from repetitive P&A questions, and seamlessly take orders from customers and have them appear on the DMS Invoicing system. BYPASS integrates to PASS, PASS Light, and Pricer on your customers' side, and DMS on your end. All systems designed by R&D Business Systems keep system integration as a top priority.

User friendly is something we have strive for in this and all of our applications. With BYPASS, the user sees exactly which options are available to him, and what letter (command) will perform that. The Parts Customer function brings up another menu, and the Download price files allows the user to take (download) your up to date price files and incorporate them into any of the above applications. This allows the user to have current pricing, without having to dial-in all the time. Within Miscellaneous Price files you can place anything you would like your customers to have access to, such as technical bulletins, or documentation to BYPASS etc. The messaging system allows your customers to leave you messages or e-mail, plus there are some system configuration options available
